Ltd., a manufacturer of metal composite material, in establishing its first Tennessee operations in Maury County. The company’s $45 million investment will create 85 jobs.
Parker Poe Consulting’s Azad Khan worked on negotiation of incentives. Parker Poe attorneys Michael Chen, Dominic Lerario, Craig Lynch, Emily Hart Breece, Russell Killen, and Dylan Ray advised on various project elements, including initial site selection, drafting corporate and tax documents, handling the real estate transaction for land acquisition, and negotiating the construction contract. Michael will also advise the company on immigration and employment work for the company’s initial team.
