Significant National and Regional Developments in the New DOJ Administration: Former U.S. Attorneys Roundtable Discussion

Dena King will provide an overview of white-collar enforcement priorities of the current Trump administration during the 11th annual Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute.
 
The roundtable will be comprised of former U.S. Attorneys who will also discuss the latest trends and initiatives that the new Department of Justice is pursuing in cybersecurity, corporate fraud, health care fraud, public corruption, and other white collar criminal enforcement areas. They will walk through various executive orders and DOJ memos that show the investigative and prosecutorial priorities of the DOJ.
 
At Parker Poe, Dena is a litigator and provides counseling to clients on white collar defense, government and internal investigations, and compliance best practices. Before joining the firm, she served as the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina. 
 
The American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section’s Southeastern White Collar Crime Institute is considered the go-to regional program for professionals who work in the defense, prosecution, and adjudication of complex white collar criminal cases.
