Zack Anstett was quoted in a Law360 article about how lawyer dads are balancing their careers and life at home, with an increasing number taking advantage of generous parental leave policies and seeking to be more involved in parenting.
Zack, who serves on the firm’s working families task force, took all 16 weeks of his parental leave for both of his children. Zack also touts the firm’s family-friendly atmosphere when recruiting at law schools, he told the publication.
"It’s important to have policies in place, but it’s also important to have a good culture supporting those policies," Zack said. "Of course the firm offers leave, but do you really want to take it? Having a culture of support and encouragement is key."
