Marking a significant milestone in AmbioPharm's journey as a leading peptide manufacturer, CordenPharma has completed its acquisition of AmbioPharm. The combined company will have greater geographic reach, increased supply chain resilience, and enhanced value for customers and their patients worldwide.

Over the coming months, AmbioPharm's facilities in South Carolina and Shanghai will be integrated into CordenPharma's global manufacturing network. Together, these facilities will strengthen CordenPharma's ability to support complex peptide programs throughout development, clinical supply, and commercial-scale manufacturing.

The South Carolina facility expands CordenPharma's downstream capabilities, with further investment planned to increase upstream capacity. In Shanghai, AmbioPharm brings a cutting-edge facility to CordenPharma's network, adding significant upstream peptide manufacturing capacity.

The team at Parker Poe representing AmbioPharm in connection with its sale was led by corporate partner Daniel Layfield and included corporate associates Olivia Daly and Morgan Kleinhandler, as well as employee benefits partner Michel Vanesse.
